Harvey & Ed were best friends, brothers-in-law, and World War II veterans who could often be found at their favorite delicatessens, enjoying one another’s company over a good cocktail and shared plates of food. There was always laughter at the table as they reminisced about their family and life. Similarly, Cameron Mitchell and David Miller, had the opportunity to travel across the country enjoying great restaurants from New York to Boston, and from Chicago to Beverly Hills over the past 20 years. It was during these travels that they were inspired to create this Modern American restaurant inspired by the classic Jewish delicatessens across the United States.  At Harvey & Ed’s, traditional noshes are honored with an upscale contemporary twist, focusing on fresh ingredients, simple preparations and familial hospitality (with a great sense of humor). Irresistible lunch and dinner menu favorites include homemade matzo ball soup, popular deli-style sandwiches, fish towers, and a broad range of nostalgic, chef-driven entrees. Their full bar features handcrafted cocktails, a diverse selection of wine & craft beer, as well as house made sodas and egg creams. Throwback desserts like chocolate babka and black & white cookies are baked fresh. This modern delicatessen evokes an open, bright, and comfortable atmosphere, a casual social scene, founded on authentic Jewish roots.
